The reply back for information of item

I waited so long for a gift for my loved one. Even tho I said that I live in a new unit I was still forced to change to an address that doesn’t exist no more. I went back and forth for couples of days just explaining that and after waiting so long I finally got a notification that my purchase item was I in delivery. However it took over 3 weeks to get here. I understand that it was the holiday season but 3 weeks is ridiculous and what really annoyed me was that the updated status on my purchase was the same what it’s still on route to the usps drop point. You guys should at least have a customer service phone number and not just have an email to contact. To be honest the items the website has are really nice but I honestly don’t know if I’ll purchased from here again.

Slow shipping, quality just ok

The order showed that is was Shipped Dec 1, it say there for over two weeks before the order actually shipped. Blanket is cute, the blanket is a lot thinner than expected. Little expensive for the quality of the blanket.

How can I review it when I’m still waiting to get it!

I will never order again from this company! Paid $6.99 for shipping and handling and my item literally just hung around the post office for 15 days at least! The. They have the audacity to ask me for a review when I still don’t have the item!
